The Mobilizing Action Against Corruption (MAAC) Activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Casals & Associates a DynCorp International Company (Casals), is seeking for grant applications from Armenian NGOs and other qualified organizations to establish and/or operate Advocacy and Assistance Centers (Շահերի պաշտպանության և աջակցության կենտրոններ ) and Reception Centers in eleven (11) cities of Armenia.

Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the applicant on the envelope; telegraphic or fax applications are not authorized for this RFA and will not be accepted. Applications received after this deadline may not be considered.

 

It is the responsibility of the recipient of this application document to ensure that it has been received from the Internet in its entirety and MAAC bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes. Any amendments to this RFA will be placed on this website (www.maac.am).

Questions should be submitted in advance, not later than 15 days after the issuance of the RFA. All answers will be posted on the MAAC website.

Issuance of this RFA does not constitute an award commitment on the part of MAAC, nor does it commit MAAC to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of applications. Further, MAAC reserves the right to reject any or all applications received.
